Photo exhibitions in France and Italy
Fashion brand agnès b. is hosting a group photo exhibition Dance and Music where photographer Godlis is showing his CBGB photos.
The show is held at a gallery in Paris, France up until Feb. 19, so those of who lucky enough to be in Paris might want to check it out.
And he would be joining with another photographer Roberta Bayley for the upcoming punk photo exhibit scheduled to be held in the historic town of Vicenza, north Italy.
Roberta says the show would be
"in an old historic building, see images below. Very illustrious location."
Indeed!
According to the information she sent to us, the building was by Renaissance architect Andrea Palladio, one of the most influential architects in the history of architecture. Since Vicenza has many beautiful buildings designed and produced by him, it is called "city of Palladio", and the city has been listed as UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Punk photo show in such historic, artistic location that is also World Heritage sounds very interesting!
The exhibit is scheduled from the end of March, and two photographers would be there around the time of opening.
